Once the participant has completed the form, please mail to the address listed on said form.
Once the prospective participant is accepted by the New Life Board, she appeals to the court, through her lawyer to be paroled directly to the New Life House.
She will then sign a contract that outlines exactly what is expected, in terms of her behavior.
